Personal data processing notice

This notice transparently describes the personal data processed while you browse the website and when you voluntarily contact AMDev.IT. It is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Data controller

The controller of the personal data processed through this website is:

AMDev.IT di Alessandro Morvillo
Controller: Alessandro Morvillo — sole proprietorship
Via Crati 3, 00048 Nettuno (RM), Italia
VAT No.: IT12105621002

Data processed

Browsing data and server logs

The IT systems and server that provide the website may automatically process technical data such as IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response code, browser or device information, referring page, and diagnostic identifiers. These data are used to deliver the website, ensure its security, and diagnose faults.

Technical language cookie

When you select a language, the website stores the first-party technical cookie “.AspNetCore.Culture”. The cookie contains your language preference, lasts for one year, and is used solely to restore your chosen language on later visits. It is not used for profiling or tracking and can be deleted through your browser settings.

Data provided by email

The website does not contain contact forms. If you choose to use the email link, your email application voluntarily sends the controller your sender address, message content, and any attachments. These data are processed solely to answer your request and manage any pre-contractual or professional relationship.

Processing not performed

The website does not use analytics tools, profiling cookies, embedded advertising systems, social plugins, newsletters, automated decision-making, or marketing activities based on visitor data.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the pages and features requested by the visitor.
  • Ensure security, operational continuity, abuse prevention, and error diagnosis.
  • Remember the language selected by the visitor.
  • Answer requests voluntarily sent by email and manage any pre-contractual or professional relationship.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The legal bases are taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the controller’s legitimate interests in providing and securing the website, answering requests, and protecting legal rights, under Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the Regulation.

Nature of data provision

Technical data are transmitted automatically while browsing. The language cookie is stored only when you make the relevant selection; deleting it merely prevents the website from remembering your preference. Sending an email is optional, but the data needed for communication must be provided if you want to receive a reply.

Recipients of personal data

Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, email, and technical support providers acting as processors or independent controllers according to the service provided. They may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for legal obligations or the protection of rights. Data are neither sold nor publicly disclosed.

International transfers

The controller does not directly transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If a technical provider entails processing in a third country, the transfer takes place in compliance with Chapter V of the Regulation, on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Further information is available by contacting the controller.

Retention

  • Language cookie: one year from selection, unless deleted earlier by the visitor.
  • Technical logs: according to the server and hosting provider settings, for the time strictly necessary for security, operation, and diagnosis, unless further retention is required for investigations or by law.
  • Email correspondence: for the time required to answer and manage the relationship, and thereafter for any applicable administrative, legal, or legal-claims requirements.

Your rights

Where provided by the Regulation, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Requests concerning these rights may be sent to info@amdev.it.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website features, providers, or applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page together with its update date.
