AMDev.IT Applications Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Effective date: August 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Alessandro Morvillo, doing business as AMDev.IT di Alessandro Morvillo, processes personal data in connection with AMDev.IT mobile applications, desktop applications, and other software that link to or incorporate this Policy (collectively, the “Applications”).
This is a standalone Policy and applies even when no separate policy has been published for a particular Application. Not every Application uses every feature or service described below. Provisions introduced by “if,” “when,” “where available,” or similar wording apply only to Applications that provide the relevant feature.
This Policy takes account of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), applicable Italian law, and, where applicable to the controller or processing, U.S. state privacy laws. Compliance also depends on the actual configuration of each Application, its SDKs, and its distribution platforms.

2. General principles
The Applications are designed to limit collection to data needed for the features they provide. Depending on the Application:
- data, preferences, and content may be stored only on the device;
- Internet services necessary for a requested feature may be contacted;
- a free version may display advertising;
- purchases or subscriptions managed by an app store may be available;
- analytics and error-reporting services may be used;
- the user may voluntarily send communications or diagnostic logs to support.
AMDev.IT does not collect full payment-card numbers or Apple or Google account credentials. AMDev.IT does not sell personal data for money. However, disclosing identifiers or usage data to an advertising platform may be deemed “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain U.S. state laws. Those activities and the applicable controls are described in Section 9.
3. Categories of data processed
3.1 Data stored locally
Depending on the available features, an Application may store the following in its private app storage or operating-system secure storage:
- language, theme, update frequency, and other settings;
- favorites, recent items, user-created content, and activity history;
- downloaded data and caches needed for operation, including offline use;
- progress, usage limits, and earned unlocks;
- a name, email address, or local profile if entered by the user;
- license, purchase, or subscription status and related technical identifiers;
- an age-range choice, advertising consent status, and privacy choices;
- technical and diagnostic logs.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, this data is not uploaded to an AMDev.IT backend and cannot be accessed remotely by the controller. Users can manage it through Application controls, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling, subject to the operating system's backup and secure-storage behavior.
3.2 Technical and network data
When an Application communicates with AMDev.IT or an external service, the receiving server may obtain data normally associated with an Internet connection, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- date, time, URL or requested resource, and network headers;
- device type, operating system, language, Application version, and technical identifiers;
- request outcome, duration, and errors.
This data is used to provide the requested feature, maintain security and reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
3.3 Data provided voluntarily
If a user contacts AMDev.IT or uses a feedback or support feature, AMDev.IT may process:
- name, email address, and other contact details provided;
- the communication's contents;
- attached files, screenshots, or logs;
- information about the Application, device, and reported issue.
Users should not include unnecessary personal data in attachments. If an Application prepares a diagnostic archive, it is sent only after the user takes an action through a selected sharing service or email client.
3.4 Advertising and consent management
Free Applications may use Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and advertising partners to show banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded ads. Depending on region, device, consent, and configuration, these parties may process:
- IP address and approximate location;
- advertising, device, or app-instance identifiers;
- device and Application characteristics;
- interactions with ads and the Application, impressions, clicks, and rewards;
- diagnostic, performance, and anti-fraud data;
- consent choices and related signals.
The data may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, security, and, only when permitted, ad personalization. Non-personalized or limited ads may still use contextual and technical data for operation, aggregate measurement, and fraud prevention.
Where required, the Application displays a consent interface or privacy choices. Choices may be changed within the Application, where available, and in the device's privacy or advertising settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Information about Google's processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy, Advertising, and My Ad Center.
3.5 Age range for advertising
An Application that displays advertising may ask for an approximate age range, without requesting a date of birth, solely to apply appropriate advertising settings and protections. The choice may be stored on the device and converted into technical signals, such as child-directed treatment or under-age-of-consent treatment, that are sent to the advertising SDK. AMDev.IT does not use the age range to identify the user or create its own commercial profile.
3.6 Usage analytics and crash diagnostics
Some Applications may use Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, equivalent services, or platform diagnostics. Depending on the service and configuration, the following may be processed:
- app-installation or app-instance identifiers;
- launch events, screens or features used, and technical interactions;
- device model, operating system, language, app version, and network status;
- IP address and approximate location;
- stack traces, app state at the time of an error, logs, performance data, and crash identifiers.
The purposes are to measure aggregate usage and reliability, diagnose malfunctions, prevent abuse, and improve the Applications. Where consent is required, non-essential collection is enabled based on the user's choice. More information is available at Google Firebase – Privacy and Security.
3.7 Purchases, licenses, and subscriptions
When paid content is available, the transaction is normally processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, or another platform identified in the Application. The store operator processes account, payment, and history data under its own privacy policy.
The Application may receive and store data needed to display the offer and verify the purchased entitlement, such as product identifier, localized price and currency, transaction status, a receipt or technical token, expiration, renewal, revocation, or refund status. AMDev.IT does not receive the full payment-card number or payment credentials.
Further information is available in the privacy policies of Google and Apple – App Store & Privacy.
3.8 Device permissions and features
An Application may request access to a device feature—such as notifications, camera, photos, files, location, microphone, or sharing—only when needed for a visible feature. The operating system presents applicable permission controls and allows the user to revoke them. Revocation may prevent that feature from working without affecting portions of the Application that do not require it.
4. Purposes and legal bases in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Data is processed, as applicable, to:
- provide the Application and requested features, carry out purchases, save preferences, and provide support: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, and lawful authority requirements: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- serve personalized advertising, access storage or identifiers for non-essential purposes, and enable non-essential analytics, where required: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, protect legal rights, and improve the service, where permitted and balanced against user rights: legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Users may object on grounds relating to their particular situation where processing relies on legitimate interests.
5. Sources of data
Data may come:
- directly from the user;
- from the device and Application during use;
- from the operating system and app store;
- from advertising, analytics, diagnostic, or anti-fraud SDKs;
- from API providers and services needed for a requested feature.
AMDev.IT does not purchase personal-data lists from data brokers for the Applications' ordinary operation.
6. Recipients
To the extent necessary, data may be disclosed or made available to:
- hosting, API, content, or infrastructure providers;
- Google and advertising partners through AdMob and UMP;
- Google Firebase or equivalent diagnostic services;
- Apple, Google, Microsoft, or other app-store and payment operators;
- email or sharing providers selected by the user;
- advisers and vendors subject to confidentiality obligations;
- authorities or counterparties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Each recipient's privacy role depends on the service and applicable terms. Some act as processors for AMDev.IT, while others act as independent controllers.
7. International transfers
Google, Apple, Microsoft, and other vendors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard permitted by Articles 45–49 GDPR. Information about specific safeguards may be requested from AMDev.IT or found in the providers' privacy policies.
8. Retention
AMDev.IT retains data only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations:
- local data: until deleted through the Application, app data is cleared, or the Application is uninstalled, subject to platform backups or secure storage;
- local caches and logs: until deleted or rotated under the Application's configuration;
- purchase data and tax records: for the relationship's duration and applicable accounting, tax, anti-fraud, and legal-claim periods;
- support and privacy requests: for the time needed to handle the request and then as required by law or to protect legal rights;
- advertising, analytics, and crash data: according to the Application's configuration and the respective providers' stated periods.
Where data exists only on the device, AMDev.IT has no copy and cannot remotely erase or export it.
9. Notice for United States residents
This section applies to the extent AMDev.IT or the processing is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), or other applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Including this section is not an admission that any particular statutory threshold is met.
9.1 Categories considered during the preceding twelve months
Depending on Application features, AMDev.IT may have collected:
- identifiers, such as IP address, email, advertising, installation, or transaction identifiers;
- commercial information, such as a purchased product, license, or subscription;
- Internet or electronic activity, such as app and ad interactions, network requests, and diagnostic data;
- non-precise geolocation, approximated from an IP address;
- device characteristics and performance data;
- communications content, when a user contacts support;
- protected characteristics, limited to an approximate age range chosen for advertising protections;
- advertising inferences, which partners may create to personalize ads with consent or where otherwise permitted.
Sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 3–6. AMDev.IT does not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer user characteristics beyond purposes permitted by law.
9.2 Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
AMDev.IT does not knowingly sell personal data for money. If an Application uses personalized advertising, transmitting identifiers and interaction data to Google or advertising partners may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some state laws.
Users can opt out through Privacy Options, Privacy Choices, Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or an equivalent control in the Application where available; through the device's and Google's advertising settings; or by emailing info@amdev.it. Universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, are honored where legally applicable and technically received by the relevant service.
AMDev.IT does not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising personal data of users known to be under 16 without the required authorization.
9.3 U.S. consumer rights
Subject to the user's state and applicable exceptions, the user may have the right to:
- know, access, or obtain a portable copy of personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete personal data;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- obtain a list of, or information about, categories of third parties where required;
- receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights;
- appeal a denied request where applicable.
Requests may be sent to info@amdev.it. Please identify the Application and state of residence. AMDev.IT may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and the request. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority; AMDev.IT may seek direct confirmation from the consumer. Requests are handled without charge and within statutory time limits, subject to permitted exceptions for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.
For data stored only on the device, use local controls because AMDev.IT cannot access data it has not received. For data independently processed by app stores, ad networks, or other providers, the user may also need to use those providers' privacy tools.
10. GDPR rights
Where Articles 15–22 GDPR apply, the data subject may request:
- access to and a copy of data;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing;
- withdrawal of consent;
- not to be subject to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects;
- information about safeguards for international transfers.
Requests should be sent to info@amdev.it. AMDev.IT may verify identity and normally responds within one month, extendable where permitted. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority; in Italy, the Italian Data Protection Authority.
11. Children
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Applications are general-audience services and are not specifically directed to children under 13. AMDev.IT does not seek to knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
When an Application knows or receives a minor age range, it applies available advertising protections and limits processing according to its configuration. If the law requires parental consent before processing, a child must not use the relevant feature without that consent. In Italy, the age for consenting to information-society services offered directly to a child is 14.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal data may email info@amdev.it to request review and deletion. Identity and parental authority may need to be verified.
12. Security
AMDev.IT uses safeguards proportionate to risk, including data minimization, private app storage, operating-system secure storage for appropriate data, HTTPS/TLS transmission, restricted permissions, log rotation, and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep the device and Application updated and protect access to the device.
13. Automated decision-making
The Applications do not make, on behalf of AMDev.IT, solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Advertising partners may conduct profiling to select ads when permitted by the user's choices and applicable law.
14. Third-party services and links
Applications may open content or services operated by third parties. Processing performed directly by those parties is governed by their privacy policies. Users should review the relevant terms before providing personal data to an external service.
15. Changes
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Applications, vendors, or law. The published version shows the last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, for example within the Application, on the store page, or on the website.
