All the informations will be collected in anonymous form. It's not possible, in fact, to recover user identity from the information the app, or the support libraries, collect.

In caso of support request, how do you will use my personal data?

In case of direct support request using the support email address provided by the app, your email address plus the optional name provided by the email message will be visible to the person that will help you through support. When the support will end, the email messages will be deleted.
